I took that picture yesterday, the very last day of my 20th week. It feels like I grew a lot in the 20th week. Curtis felt her move for the first time a few days ago while we were watching a movie in bed. Grayson calls her "Popper" which fits because it really feels like little pops when she moves. I got all of the hand-me-downs from Kennin washed and hung up. We made a trip to Babies R Us this weekend... not really looking for anything but just browsing around, getting excited for her. I have 2 appointments next week, one check up and another ultrasound. The last ultrasound they couldn't get a good picture of her face or her heart. Maybe this time they will flip the 3d switch if they can get her to cooperate :D
It was a weekend full of changes. Curtis came home from the job in Bay City and he moved his bed into the apartment. It finally feels like he lives here. We went out on Friday night to meet up with Charlie and his girlfriend, Mallory. Overall it went well. I think Mallory and I cleared some things up and set up some ground rules for how things would be dealt with as far as dealing with Kennin and Grayson. While Mallory and I were talking, Curtis and Charlie played pool and a boxing game (which Curtis won most of the matches). I think it was satisfying for him. Kennin and Grayson met their little brother, Trey, on Saturday. They spent the night at Charlie's house that day too. They made a quick pit stop the next morning for a bath and clothes and then they left again with Charlie.
Curtis and I really spent the weekend as a pretend vacation. We went shopping at the outlet mall with my mom, walked around the flea market, and went out to eat a few times. Curtis really spoiled me... I think he was trying to prevent an emotional breakdown. He's been really supportive and sweet throughout this big adjustment of sharing the kids.
These are some of the buys/gifts from the past week. Mabrie gave me the AMAZING Petunia Pickle Bottom clutch diaper bag. I'm absolutely in love with it and I can't wait to use it. Curtis and I got Kennin and Gray the baby snuggies. How cute are they in them?! Noel made the Minnie Mouse hat (without a pattern, she awesome!) and bought me the Udder Hider. And then I found the Fossil sunglasses at the flea market (for $12!!) because every girl needs big sunglasses for the summer!
One last thing, please pray for my sister. She's been really sick and the dr thinks she has pneumonia
