I need a babysitter!

I got accepted into CHI's cosmetology program.  They only had 25 slots and I got in!  I can't tell you how excited I am.  I got a call today confirming my orientation and enrolling me in class.  It's 18 credit hours.  My schedule looks like this...

This is a problem.  First of all, there are no other time options for any of these courses.  This is set in stone if I choose to participate in this program (and I really REALLY want to do this).  So the kids schedule is like this... Kennin has to be at the bus stop at 7:05am, Grayson has to be at the bus stop at 11:30am, and then they both get home from school at 3:30pm.  Here's the overlap...

I would need before school care for Kennin, and Grayson, and (maybe) all day care for Ezra.  It would depend on if I can get Ezra into the school's childcare or not.  He has to be 18 months old to be eligible and he won't be 18 months old until the end of January.  I had a neighbor offer to get Kennin and Grayson off the bus on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I think I'll be ok for the after school part.

I'm feeling a little defeated today.  I've worked hard to get this far and I would really hate to have to back out because I don't have someone to watch the kids.  Does anyone know of someone in the Woodlands that watches kids?  I need someone trustworthy but affordable.
