In a few short hours I will be 30 weeks. I had a doctors appointment today and I gained... 6 lbs... in 3 freaking weeks. I'm glad I gained but not glad that I gained 6 lbs in only 3 weeks. The doctor asked if Ezra was active and yes, he is VERY active. There are nights (when he is the most active) when he will move so much and so violently that he literally shakes my body. I wonder if he's going to be my Wild Man Ezra. In my fantasy, he's laid back E-Z E lol. I didn't take my traditional bathroom weekly picture this week... Instead I took a picture of the shadow.
Tomorrow is Kennin's last day of soccer. She has had so much fun playing and I'm so proud of her. She's just as tough, if not more, than those boys out there. She has a genuine love for playing and even when she has to take her mandatory break (she can play 3 of the 4 quarters) she sits ON the sideline watching her team. Most of the other kids have to be told to do that; I have to tell her to scoot back off the field. Her coach has been amazing and he is all about the kids having fun. My dad and Curtis have helped coach (which Kennin loves and tries to use to her advantage). It's been such a great experience.
My Gray Boy has been having such a hard time going to sleep lately. I'm not sure what is going on but it's when he's going down for a nap and when he's going to sleep. Maybe he's just too excited that Curtis is home to play with him a lot right now. He fell on Friday when we were at Lupe Tortilla to celebrate Lesley's return to Texas. He's got this nasty bruise on his chin but it's (very) slowly getting lighter. Thank God the ground was carpeted where he fell, otherwise he would have had stitches.
Well, that's about it for us. Next week brings the end of Kennin's Kindergarten year and the beginning of the kids' Disney World vacation with my parents and mommy's week long break!
